HomeShare™️ Placement Network

National Referral & Housing Coordination System

The Housing Heroes Placement Network is a centralized platform designed to connect housing providers, brokers, investors, and service organizations with individuals seeking stable housing solutions.

The system allows housing opportunities to be distributed efficiently while giving service coordinators, nonprofits, and institutional partners a simple and reliable way to refer individuals for housing placements.

The objective is to create a structured housingecosystem where available properties, qualified residents, and supportive services can be aligned quickly and responsibly.
