Housing Heroes

Empowering Veterans and Vulnerable Populations with Permanent Supportive Housing

Housing Heroes helps veterans, seniors, and vulnerable individuals access affordable, cash-flowing properties. Our program:

• Assists veterans in leveraging VA loans or private funding to purchase quadriplexes, where they can live and rent out rooms for income.

• Raises funds to finance new construction projects sold to end buyers at minimal markup to sustain future developments.

• Converts vehicles (trucks, vans, buses, RVs) into affordable, mobile emergency housing for disaster relief or those needing relocation.

• Develops upscale RV parks featuring community centers, farms, restaurants, and agricultural education to promote self-sufficiency.

• Trains a mobile workforce through “Intro to the Trades Workshops,” pairing seasoned professionals with younger generations to build homes and vehicles.

Through partnerships like National Business Capital and San Edwards’ insurance donations, Housing Heroes turns contractors into investors while driving long-term community impact.
